You can then go in and customize your box. I found some dang cute things I had been wanting to try out before I bought them. My favorite items were probably my Denim skirt find and my Green Paisley Scarf. If you don’t like certain things in your box you can switch them out before you have your box sent out which is AWESOME. You then click confirm and it gets mailed out to you. You wear your looks as long as you want (really as long as you want) with free shipping both ways. You also can keep what you want at 50% off of retail. You can return the rest in the prepaid return bag. Once you ship your items back a new box will be curated for you and sent out.
Quality – There are a lot of top brands Nike, Levi’s, Lucky, Kate Spade and so so many more so you know they are all really high quality items.
What I love about it – I first loved the quiz to find your Le Tote style. I have always loved style, clothes and all things girls. It was fun really thinking about what I wear, and what my style is.

Wes’ Blessing Day was such a special day. First off I loved celebrating our boy and second being with family is my thing. Park and I are SOOO lucky to have such amazing families who we love so much. They support us in everything we do and take such AMAZING care of us. We had so much support from family on Wes’ special day and also from amazing friends. I just love any opportunity to celebrate my handsome boy.
Our little fam was able to show off our Wes boy to our LDS ward and especially to family and it was really a special day. He wore Parker’s outfit that he was blessed in 27 years ago, which made it even more special. He received the most beautiful blessing from his daddy which I am extremely grateful for. (If you don’t know what a baby blessing is I have posted a little description about it at the bottom of the page.) Park and I are just so blessed to have our Wes Whit in our family. He is such a special spirit and brings so much light and love to our family. What did we do without our boy before? We love our chunky monkey.
“The naming and blessing of a child (commonly called a baby blessing) in The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (LDS Church) is a non-saving ordinance, usually performed during sacrament meeting soon after a child’s birth in fulfillment of the commandment in the Doctrine and Covenants: “Every member of the church of Christ having children is to bring them unto the elders before the church, who are to lay their hands upon them in the name of Jesus Christ, and bless them in his name.”The purpose of the practice is twofold: to give a baby an official name and to provide an opportunity to give a blessing for the child’s spiritual and physical welfare. This practice is usually only performed for infants, though older children may also receive the blessing; adult or teenaged converts to the church do not receive a comparable ordinance.”
Indie Parke is TWO years old!!! We had Indie’s Second Birthday Kitty Party on April 1st with family and close friends. We are so lucky to have so many amazing people in our lives that love and spoil our babies and us. I can’t believe we have had our sweet little Indie in our lives for two years now. She has made and our lives so much better. I have no idea what we did without her sweet spirit in our home.
Here are some things I want to remember about her right now:
Going to the park and sliding
Playing with her dolls, dressing them and changing their bums
She has been talking so much lately and understands almost everything. Park and I always say how we have a big girl now, she is not a baby anymore. We love her cute personality and all the cute things she does. She has to be at one of the best ages right now and we can’t wait to continue to watch her grow.
For Indie’s papa’s birthday we were able to take a break from working for a day to have some fun at Lagoon Park in Farmington, Utah. All Park’s side of the family got season passes for Lagoon this year and we are hoping to make it a summer full of fun Lagoon days. unfortunately the little baby rides for Indie and Milo weren’t open and Lagoon A Beach was close too. BOO! We still had fun on the rides we all could do. It was a good day for water rides and water fountains so we did a lot of those to stay cool and have fun with the littles.
Next time we will be swimming all day for Indie, she loves to swim and be in the water. If you live in Utah and are going to Lagoon let us know!! Let’s Party!!
Lake Powell is definitely one of my favorite places I have ever been. It has been over 100 degrees every year I have been there and you are able to be in the water all day long. If you know anything about me I love anything to do with water. Take me to the beach, the pool or to a waterfall and I am good. My aunt and uncle go down every year and as we all have been getting older it gets harder and harder to get down with them. Life just gets in the way and more responsibilities make it almost impossible to go every year. This year I was determined to go. Park had never been and obviously Indie hadn’t either. I was so excited to get to show those two one of my favorite places and experience it with them.
We stayed on my Aunt and Uncles houseboat which is amazing. Four bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and our place of choice the top deck. This trip was a little more stressful because having a busy 1 year old makes it a little less relaxing. I wouldn’t trade it for anything though having Indie there with Park and I made it that much more fun and showing her new things will always be one of my favorite things. Indie rode on her first boat, slept on her first boat and just loved the water.
I tried to narrow down my favorite part but I just couldn’t quite narrow it down. Park, Indie and I loved every part of it. Also, 3 out of the 4 of my siblings got to go down as well. Being all together is a rare occurrence these days and I loved being able to spend time with them and my little fam. We all had fun no matter what we were doing because you can’t not have fun down there. Some of our favorite things to do down in Powell are:
Floating on the Tub
Have you ever been to Powell?? What is your favorite Lake Powell activity?
Every single day I like to get outside and do something. After a long day in the Stock & Barrel Shop I need a little break and to get outside in the fresh air. Even if we can only fit in a walk to lunch I’m game. One of Indie’s favorite things to do is go on walks. On our way home the other day I told Park I wanted to get some sandwiches, have a picnic at the park and then walk along the Ogden River Parkway. I have to say this is one of my favorite walks along Ogden. Especially the time of year because it is extra green, the river is raging and it has been such a good temperature (when it isn’t raining). There are a lot of places to walk and you can always see something new where ever you go. Of course with my obsession of the river the last couple of weeks I wanted to make it a point to get as close to the river as possible. I seriously love to watch it and I am pretty sure I could watch it all day long. I’d have to say Indie’s favorite part was walking past all of the puppies. She would wave every time we passed one. It has to be one of the cutest things. Watch our vlog above to see snippets of our walk and our day in the shop.
When I married into the Lichfield family I was made me an automatic Jeeper. I’m not even mad about it even a little bit. Everyone in the family has a Jeep and everyone that meets the Lichfield’s eventually ends up getting a Jeep too! Our Jeep may get us where we need to go but they get us to some of the most amazing places I have ever been. Jeeps are not the most practical car in anyway but they are part of our family now and our best memories are in that thing.
My first trip with Park we went with a bunch of friends down to Moab. It was my first time down to Moab and really even doing real jeeping. It was one of the best trips I have ever been on and so different than anything I had done before. Definitely made me love Jeeps even more. Taking the top off of the Jeep is one of the best things and such a simple joy that Park and I love and that we hope Indie will love too. (So far so good!)
Sunday we went on a drive to try and find a waterfall trail I did in High School but instead of finding the waterfall trail we found such a fun Jeep trail. We decided to head back up later that week and invited Park’s Fam to come along. On the way up we headed to Subway to take on the trail and headed up to the mountains. At the end of the trail we had a mountain picnic. This summer you can find us in the mountains, you can definitely meet us there. Having our Jeep is one of our favorite hobbies that we can enjoy together and in so many different places.
Since we were on a week long trip in St.George Park and I looked up fun things to do around St.George. Check out Salt Projects (9 reasons to head to Southern Utah) post. It has some super fun things to do down in Southern Utah. While we were down we wanted to try some new things because usually when we go down to St.George we only have time for one thing. That’s why this trip was extra special and fun for our little family.
I have to say Sand Hollow was on of my favorite parts of the trip and Indie’s too. We didn’t think it would be warm enough to get in so we left our suits home (BUMMER) because it was perfect weather that day. When drove around Sand Hollow for a bit trying to find a spot to hang out for the day. Park had looked online at some pictures and noticed some Red Rock in the water and that’s where we decided to hang out. It was so beautiful and so much fun. I took off Indie’s and my shoes and walked us out to the water and Indie kept trying to sit down. So finally I just took off her outfit and sat her diaper bum down at the edge of the water and she played there for so long. She would have stayed there all day if she could have! We will definitely be headed back to Sand Hollow next time.
If you follow me on social media you probably know we were in St.George for a week-long getaway. It was on of the best trips we have done with our small fam and it was so nice to just get away for a week with Park and Indie. Our goal was to de-stress and get ready for some big things we have planned for Stock & Barrel. [Stay tuned for that] We have done this Petroglyph hike in St.George a couple times prior to this but this was our first time with Indie Girl. [The Hike is called Anasazi Ridge in Ivins if you want to Google it]. It has beautiful scenery, it’s a short easy hike and it is so fun to explore and find all of the petroglyphs. Having our Indie girl with us has made everything we do SOO much more fun and SOO much better. Every little thing we do is 100x better with that sweet girl. It’s so fun for Park and I to find things Indie loves to do. Everything we did on our St.George trip Indie just loved. She did amazing on every hike, swimming and all the exploring of St.George that we did.
I recently got the Phil & Ted’s Metro backpack carrier and I was so excited we finally got to use it in St.George. It has not been warm enough up here to go out hiking but we had so much fun using the Metro Carrier in St. George. Park and I switched off carrying her up to see the petroglyphs. Indie loved rubbing Parks neck and head and it was the cutest thing. I love seeing their relationship grow each and everyday and see the love those two have for each other. It also is super easy to get Indie in and out of for photos, diaper changes or to head home. Park, Indie and I have loved it so far!
About – This baby carrier is on the bigger side of carriers I have used, but I love that about it. It fits both Park 5 ’11 frame and my 5 ‘2 frame and is easily adjustable to switch back and forth if one of us gets tired (hint hint – ME). It comes in a charcoal color. (which we have) and a blue. It has just the perfect amount of padding so it felt really comfy on my shoulders and was really nice to hike with. I feel so good about putting Indie in because of all the clasps keeping her tight and snug in the pack.
Quality – You can tell it is really high quality. The fabric is nice while I am wearing it and it is also soft and comfy for Indie to ride in. I’m not worried about Indie falling out of the pack or the pack breaking either which is really comforting since we are hiking up steep mountains.
Practicality – We have definitely gotten really good use out of our Metro. We are an outdoorsy family and we live in a small mountain town. So it is perfect for our hikes and our cabin trips.

Hello Spring! To be saying that gives me all the feels! Oh how I have missed spring! It is such a fun season, even if it doesn’t last to long in Utah. In brings out the green scenery with all of the April showers and gets me excited for warmer weather. I feel like we got our first dose of spring in Utah when it actually wasn’t even spring. It got warm pretty early on and then BAM cold again. I was so sad because I had gotten Indie some of the cutest springy/summery outfits with tanks, and cute bare leggies. Baby bare arms and legs are the stinkin’ cutest and I was sure sad. But now as it has finally been more warm than not we are really enjoying getting out of the house on walks, going to the Park and Jeep rides with the top off. Let’s just say I don’t know how I survive winter being indoors a lot of the time. I love the outdoors and the activities the warmth allows!
Anyway, I am so excited for all the warm activities that we get to experience and do with our Indie girl. To start of some of our spring activities we headed to our nearest Park and took Indie on some slides and swings and just enjoyed being together and being outside. (aren’t those summery leggies the absolute cutest things!!) Having Indie is our enjoyment these days, taking her to the Park, the swimming pool, I can do anything with that girl and Park and be happy about it. I’m so blessed to have those sweeties in my life!
